We try not to, but everything is first come, first serve.
We try to answer every phone call but are often times serving customers are busy making more rolls. If you can’t get ahold of us, email eric@doughlady.com and we’ll get back to you.
We do not have any gluten free or dairy free options.
We prep all of our rolls in an open kitchen. All of our rolls include dairy, eggs and flour.

For all orders fewer than 2 dozen everything is first come, first serve in the bakery. If you are ordering more than 2 dozen please fill out the catering form and we will confirm coordinate your order.
Frozen sweet or savory rolls: within 3 weeks of purchase.
Dinner rolls: within 2 weeks of purchase.
Cookie dough: within 3 months of purchase.
Bread pudding: within 3 months of purchase.
